    和元年10月12日に発生した水災害により、被災された皆様には心からお見舞い申し上げます。

    さて、標記の事業につきまして、皆様のご協力をいただきながら企画を進めてまいりましたが、開催場所の松代地区に甚大な被害が発生したことにより、中止とさせていただきます。

　準備を進めていただいた皆様には、多大なご迷惑をおかけしますが何卒ご理解を賜りたくお願い申し上げます。

    来年度以降、開催が決定した際には、改めて御案内いたしますので、今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

"World Festa in Matsushiro 2019" Cancellation Announcement（Notice）

To all those who were affected by flooding from the recent disaster on October 12, I offer my sincere condolences.

Now, to discuss the subject of this notice: thanks to everyone's effort and assistance we have been able to proceed smoothly with our plans for this project. However, because the event venue is in the devastated area of Matsushiro, we have come to the decision that it will be best to cancel this year's World Festa in Matsushiro 2019.

To everyone who has been eagerly preparing for this event, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience that this causes, but I humbly ask for your understanding during this trying time.

You will be informed by the end of the next fiscal year regarding plans for next year's event, so thank you in advance for working with us once again at that time.
